Our dress rental process is simple. Browse our collection and select a dress and any pieces you love, If you have used our Try On @ Home service to check the fit of an item and do not need alterations, go ahead and schedule delivery for 1 week before your wedding. If you are checking out without trying on beforehand, please schedule delivery three weeks before your wedding to allow for alterations by us before shipping. Checkout by adding delivery and payment details. We’ll post your dress on your selected dates, providing confirmation email and tracking details. If issues arise, please contact us promptly. For returns, use the original packaging and prepaid label provided.

We'd encourage brides to schedule their chosen dates as soon as they find the dress or dresses they love! This ensures availability and any further queries brides may have are covered in good time. Booking a year to six months in advance is can give you piece of mind your dress will be booked on your specified dates. However we are only too happy to accommodate last minute weddings, please contact us.

Our standard rental periods are 4 days, 8 days, 15 days, 28 days. If you need a longer rental duration, or have a custom rental enquiry, please email us for details and price information. Not returning items when scheduled too may occur additional charges.

As long as the rented items are returned to our team within the rental period and are not damaged, you are more than welcome to take them abroad. As always, take care of items as T&C's will apply. We give you an extra day built in to a rental period specifically for if are travelling for your wedding. A 2-week wedding abroad and cant make it to a postage point in time? No worries, you have an extra day as back up!
